Recipes Ingredients:
(Servings: 7~8 people | Preparation time: 40 minutes)
- Potato (medium-sized, peeled, diced and boiled): 1 pound
- Carrot (peeled, diced and cooked): 0.5 cup
- Green pea (cooked): 0.5 cup
- Green bean (cut into pieces and cooked): 0.5 cup
- Mayonnaise*: 0.75 cup
- Garlic (minced): 1 clove
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red Bell Pepper (cut into strips)
Cooking Methods:
- Using salad bowl, mix all vegetable except the red bell pepper.
- Add in pepper and salt to the vegetable mix and season to taste.
- Mix garlic with mayonnaise and thoroughly fold it into the vegetable mixture with a rubber spatula.
- Finally, garnish the dish with pepper strips.
Cooking Suggestions(*):
- Other vegetables such as mushrooms and tomatoes can be added to create variety to the dish.
- Try to substitute mayonnaise with non-fat yogurt to reduce the content of fat in the salad.
