Skewered Appetizers - Pinchos Recipe

This classic dish of Spanish, Skewered Appetizers or Pinchos is served with drinks all over Spain. These salty ad piquant little skewers are the perfect light bite to serve before a big meal.

Recipes Ingredients:

(Serving: 6 people | Preparation time: 30 minutes)


  • Tinned / Marinated Anchovy (drained dry): 12
  • Caper: 12
  • Cornichon: 12

Cooking Methods:

  1. Roll the anchovies into coils and thread each one onto a separate toothpick*.
  2. Add a cornichon and caper to each stick.
  3. Serve the dish with drink.

  1. Be careful not to hurt yourself when threading anchovies onto toothpick.
