I am amaze with how Spanish chef handles their mushroom dishes. Although there are various kinds of mushrooms, Spanish folks are always creative in preparing their mushrooms dishes.
Recently, I tried out 2 of the famous Spanish tapas recipes with mushrooms and their tastes are really good.
